This program requires a heavy time commitment, some of which is during business hours. This program is best suited for Fellows who have a flexible work schedule and 5 to 8 hours of extra capacity per week. Fellows commit 90 hours to Selection work, including onboarding, application review, candidate interviews, and team calibration meetings, from mid-March through late September.
